Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Orders are hand-packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on location; expedited options are available at checkout.
Returns
Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened fragrances can't be resold and aren't eligible for return unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
